We have limited capacity to take on new patients at present and operate a registration list. Please call to the surgery in person to pick up a registration form for each family member wishing to join the practice. We are unable to e mail these forms to you. Turnaround time for a reply, if we have the capacity to take you on is usually 4 weeks, and you will receive a letter either way.
The waiting list does not apply for services such as our Menopause Clinic, Travel Vaccinations, Cervical Check and other Specialist Services, but there may still be a short wait for an appointment. An appointment to one of these services is not an acceptance as a patient to this practice – these are once off visits, but if you wish to register you will have to go through the process above.
