There has been a substantial increase in the numbers of patients requesting letters from their Doctor, for various service they require, whether they are of a medical nature or not. Requests for forms to be completed and certificates to be signed also take up a considerable amount of time.
Please give plenty of notice, and DO NOT leave it until the last minute, if you have a request of this nature. Please note that all patients may be charged for his facility as this is not covered under the medical card scheme.
You will receive a text from reception once your form/letters are completed and ready for collection.
