APPOINTMENT REQUESTS BY ON LINE SUBMISSION ARE ONLY PROCESSED DURING NORMAL OPENING HOURS. AN APPOINTMENT REQUEST SUBMITTED AFTER 5PM ON FRIDAY WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL AFTER THE WEEKEND. A SUBMITTED APPOINTMENT REQUEST DOES NOT MEAN THAT AN APPOINTMENT HAS BEEN MADE FOR YOU.
Early morning appointments with the practice nurse are available to accommodate people with busy schedules, these appointments need to be booked in advance.
Please advise the Reception team, when making an appointment, if you need more than one person to be seen, so that they can allocate extra consultation time for you, or if you have several issues to handle. They may therefore need to ask you some questions about your visit.
Please note: that as a patient your confidentiality is protected at all times, by all medical staff and administrative staff. Please telephone (021) 4373555 for your appointment from 8.45am. If an emergency occurs, during surgery times, a telephone call in advance allows us to prepare and reorganise if necessary.
Emergencies are always given priority over routine surgery work. Always remember to check in at reception on arrival, and we would greatly appreciate it, if you would also check out on departure.
Due to the ongoing Covid 19 pandemic we are open for business, but we have put new protocols in place to ensure the safety of patients and our staff. We no longer have a waiting room. Patients are requested to wait in their cars or outside (weather permitting) , and phone us when you arrive. Once the GP/nurse is ready to see you we will phone you and ask you to come in. We ask that any patient attending wears a mask.
